Set up in 1989, Red Letter Days pioneered the concept of giving unforgettable experiences as gifts. The idea really caught people’s imaginations and Red Letter Days today, with its iconic red box, is often the go-to gift experience company.
Making memories over accruing ‘stuff’ is at the core of the way the company works and they offer a range of amazing experiences in the UK and some available Europe wide; giving customers an unrivalled choice with something to suit every taste, occasion and budget.
Many Red Letter Days experiences make everyday life a little bit more special – like a few hours at a luxury spa. And some experiences are genuinely once in a lifetime – such as flying a Tiger Moth aircraft.

Happy Craft Box was started during the Covid-19 pandemic in March 2020. It is ran by Lynda and based out of her home where she balances her new business with her other work as a consultant to small businesses. Lynda has a background in the arts and a natural interest in psychology, art and play therapy, yoga and meditation. The idea for ‘Happy Craft Box’ came to Lynda as she noticed when talking to her daughter, Fifi, about her feelings whilst doing art, craft and play, it helped her process and understand what was going on and got her to open up more and more.
She says “As we all know lots of little one’s lives have been thrown into complete upheaval in the midst of these uncertain times”. From observing how Fifi interacted with the craft activities she released by setting up the business based around craft activities she could also help other children.
Happy Craft Box, the craft wellbeing boxes are for children aged 3-13, encouraging resilient, mindful and happy children and to help children adapt to change through art, craft and mindfulness.
Since launching the business in March 2020 Lynda has created and dispatched thousands of craft boxes across the UK and the feedback and support so far has been incredible. The business has been featured in the national press and had a full page spread in The Telegraph Stella magazine. The business even caught the eye of UK Ambassador of creative small businesses Holly Tucker MBE founder of Not On The High Street and she shared information about Happy Craft Box to her 65,000 community.
