The CARE study – the first ever pilot clinical trial for cavernoma – is going strong!
Sites across the UK and Ireland have so far recruited and randomised 42 patients for either ‘active treatment’ or ‘conservative management’. This takes us to 70% of our recruitment target for the study! We are almost there!
With 18 patients to be recruited, the study’s recruitment period has been extended from it’s original deadline and will continue until 28th February 2023.
