‘‘The Spinal Cord and Cavernoma’ webinar with Mr Daniel Walsh, 21st February 19:30 GMT

Join our February webinar on ‘The Spinal Cord and Cavernoma’.

We’re really pleased to share that on Wednesday the 21st of February at 19:30 GMT, Mr Daniel Walsh, will be talking to us about ‘The Spinal Cord and Cavernoma’.  In this webinar Mr Walsh will cover what the spinal cord is and how it is put together, explaining what injury means to function and the particular difficulties of managing cavernoma there.  

Mr Walsh is a leading Consultant Neurosurgeon, who is based at King’s College Hospital in London.  He specialises in complex surgeries on the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves. He has an international reputation as an expert in diseases of the blood vessels affecting the brain or spinal cord, including cavernoma.

This webinar is expected to last 40 minutes followed by a 20-minute Q&A and will be delivered via zoom.  It is open to everyone including non-members and people living overseas.  To join simply click on the link below to register.  You will then be sent an email with the login instructions.  The webinar will also be recorded and published on our YouTube channel within 1 to 2 months of the event.
