At CAUK, we are carrying out a survey to understand more about how the Covid-19 pandemic and its associated restrictions on social distancing have impacted on people living with or supporting an individual with Cavernoma over the past 12 months.
To help inform the ongoing development of our services for adults, carers and children and young people we would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes completing this short questionnaire.
We are keen to recommence our face-to-face support. We also wish to understand your on-going needs with regards to online/virtual support so that we can ensure we are providing options that will meet the needs of everyone.
